Our New Management Company is Hawaii First

As of October 1, 2008 Hawaii First Inc. has taken over as the Managing Agent for the Association of Homeowners of Kai Nani at Makakilo. You should have already received your Maintenance Fee coupons in the mail and the great news is there will be NO maintenance fee increase for 2009.
