Kai Nani at Makakilo is a 96 Unit townhome community with a beautiful view of the ocean. Conveniently located on Panana St., the Kai Nani at Makakilo offers great access to Kapolei and the H1 with being 'far-enough away from it all' to have a quite community for everyone to enjoy. During it's 2005 construction it won the Hawaii Built Green Award (2.5MB)pdffile. The Kai Nani at Makakilo Board of Directors with assistance from Hawaiiana Management company administers the Home Owners Association (HOA.)

The elected Board of Directors is made up of community members with their guidance and power set up by the community Bylaws.

The Board of Directors meets once a month (typically 2nd Wednesday of the Month) to discuss and make decisions on matters concerning the management of the property. The notice and agenda for all meetings are posted near the mailboxes at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting. All are welcome to attend and voice their opinions and concerns during the Owners Forum at the beginning of the meeting. It is suggested that request to the board be made in writing, to the management company representative (Written request will be responded to by the board in a timely manner.)

The property is managed by Hawaiiana Management Company, 711 Kapiolani Blvd., #700 Honolulu, HI 96813. Beverly FeBenito (the property manager) can be reached at (808) 593-6863 during regular business hours 8am-5pm HST, M-F.
